Samsung and Intellectual Keystone File Patent Infringement Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission

Samsung Display Co., Ltd. and Intellectual Keystone Technology LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for organic light-emitting diode displays. The complainants are seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the infringement.
