US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Wind Tower Investigation

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of utility-scale wind towers from India, Malaysia, and Spain are harming the US industry, following preliminary findings that the towers are being sold at below-market prices and subsidized by the governments of India and Malaysia.
