US International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Celanese's High-Potency Sweeteners Patent Infringement

The US International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Celanese International Corporation, Celanese (Malta) Company 2 Limited, and Celanese Sales U.S. Ltd. alleging that several companies have infringed on Celanese's patents for high-potency sweeteners, and the Commission is now investigating the matter.
