US International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Decision on High-Density Fiber Optic Equipment Violation

The US International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a final decision finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by Certain High-Density Fiber Optic Equipment and Components. The Commission is seeking written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding from parties, government agencies, and interested persons.
