U.S. International Trade Commission Receives Complaint Against Mexican Beverage Company Over Trademark Infringement

A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 6, 2021, alleging that a Mexican beverage company, Sueros y Bebidas Rehidratantes, S.A. de C.V., is infringing on U.S. trademarks for certain electrolyte-containing beverages, and the company CAB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking the Commission's investigation into the matter.
