MediaTek Files Complaint with USITC Over Patent Infringement

MediaTek Inc. and MediaTek USA Inc. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain integrated circuits and products containing the same infringe on five U.S. patents. The complaint seeks an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these products in the US.
