US International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Determination in Tobacco Heating Investigation

The US International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into Certain Tobacco Heating Articles and Components Thereof, and is seeking written submissions from parties on issues under review, remedy, public interest, and bonding.
