U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc., Panduit Corporation, and FS.com Inc. have infringed on section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders to prevent the importation of infringing high-density fiber optic equipment and components.
