US Trade Commission Extends Relief Action for Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells

The US Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into the necessity of the current relief action for imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, which was put in place in 2018 to address serious injury to the domestic industry.
