USITC to Review Certain Laparoscopic Surgical Staplers and Components Due to Typographical Error in Investigation Number

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is revisiting its previous decision regarding a violation of Section 337 after discovering a typographical error in the investigation number of a notice published in 2021. The corrected notice will be filed with the USITC.
