U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Rescission Proceeding and Revokes Remedial Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to cancel a proceeding to reverse its previous remedial orders, effectively revoking these orders and halting cease and desist actions, and has also terminated the rescission proceeding itself.
