US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Tariff Act, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The US International Trade Commission has found a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation involving Philip Morris USA, Inc. and Altria Client Services LLC, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders to prevent the importation of infringing tobacco heating products.
