U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Wireless Communication Capabilities Patent Infringement by Certain Electronic Devices

Bell Northern Research, LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain electronic devices with wireless communication capabilities infringe on four U.S. patents, prompting the Commission to launch an investigation and potentially issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
