U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Capacitive Touch Sensing Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review two initial determinations that allowed the investigation into capacitive touch sensing systems to be closed due to settlement agreements, effectively ending the probe.
