U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has made a final determination that a company has violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act, resulting in the issuance of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, as well as a bond rate on imported products.
