USITC Seeks Public Comments on Potential Violation of Antidumping Law

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public input on potential public interest issues related to a recent investigation into a possible violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The USITC is seeking comments on the potential relief and bonding requirements if a violation is found.
