Certain Playards and Strollers; Notice of Institution of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Graco Children's Products Inc. and Wonderland Nurserygoods Co., Ltd. alleging that certain playards and strollers infringe on four U.S. patents. The complainants are seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these products.
