U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Final Initial Determination on Certain Digital Video-Capable Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a final initial determination finding no violation of Section 337, requesting written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding, and extending the target date for completion of the investigation to March 23, 2022.
