Termination of Global Patent Prosecution Highway With Rospatent
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will stop accepting participation requests from Rospatent in the Global Patent Prosecution Highway program, and will also remove special status from pending applications based on Rospatent work, effective March 11, 2022.
