USPTO Extends Modified COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program for Patent Applications

The USPTO is extending the modified COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Program to support the acceleration of innovations in the fight against COVID-19, allowing eligible patent applications filed on or before December 31, 2022, to be prioritized for examination.
