USPTO Seeks Public Feedback on Patent Subject Matter Eligibility Guidance

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is soliciting public comments on its existing patent subject matter eligibility guidance, which has contributed to more consistent examination, but still requires further clarity and certainty, and will accept feedback until October 15, 2022, via the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
