USPTO Extends Public Comment Period for Patent Review Processes

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comment on its processes for Director review, Precedential Opinion Panel review, and internal circulation and review of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) decisions until October 19, 2022, following an initial July 20, 2022, request for comments.
