USPTO Extends Cancer Immunotherapy Pilot Program Until January 31, 2023
The USPTO is extending the Cancer Immunotherapy Pilot Program, which supports the White House's National Cancer Moonshot initiative, until January 31, 2023, following over 880 petitions and 650 granted patents, while evaluating potential expansion of the program.
