USPTO Extends Fast-Track Appeals Pilot Program

The USPTO is extending the Fast-Track Appeals Pilot Program, which allows appellants to expedite the review of their patent appeals, until further notice. The program aims to reach decisions on ex parte appeals within six months of entering the program.
