USPTO Seeks Public Input on Patent Practice Admission Criteria

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the scientific and technical requirements for practicing patent law before the Office, including potential revisions to accreditation requirements for computer science degrees and the creation of a separate design patent practitioner bar.
