USPTO Extends Comment Period for Patent Rights Initiatives

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is extending the comment period for its notice on ensuring the robustness and reliability of patent rights until February 1, 2023, after initially publishing it in the Federal Register on October 4, 2022.
