Ban on Inclined Sleepers for Infants to Take Effect
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is proposing to ban all inclined sleepers for infants, following the passage of the Safe Sleep for Babies Act of 2021, which classified these products as hazardous under the Consumer Product Safety Act. The ban, which applies to products manufactured before the law's enactment, aims to reduce infant sleep-related fatalities.
