Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Requests Revision to Office of Management and Budget Approval for Regulation V

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is seeking to revise the Office of Management and Budget's approval for Regulation V, which prohibits the inclusion of adverse information in consumer reports in cases of human trafficking, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
