Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Amends Regulation Z to Update Asset-Size Exemption Thresholds

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is making annual adjustments to the asset-size thresholds exempting certain creditors from establishing an escrow account for higher-priced mortgage loans, based on the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers.
