FCC Updates Definition of Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) to Comply with CVAA

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has taken action to revise its definition of TRS, a service that enables people with hearing and speech disabilities to communicate through text-based relay services, in line with the Twenty- First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA).
