FCC Establishes Procedures for Post-Auction Review of Connect America Fund Deployment Obligations

The Wireline Competition Bureau has created procedures to streamline the review process for long-form applicants in the Connect America Phase II Auction, allowing for a state-by-state evaluation of deployment obligations and support after the auction, when the number of actual locations in eligible areas is less than the funded locations.
