FCC Announces Approval of Carriage Election Procedures, Requires Compliance
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its carriage election procedures, which are now mandatory, following the adoption of the 2019 CEN Order (FCC 19-69). The FCC will publish a compliance date in the Federal Register and revise the rules accordingly.
