DOE Denies Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Request for Review Under Natural Gas Act

The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy denied Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC's request for review under Section 3(c) of the Natural Gas Act, stating that its pending application for authorization to export liquefied natural gas to non-free trade agreement countries will be reviewed under Section 3(a) of the Natural Gas Act. The opinion and order are available for inspection and copying at the Office of Oil and Gas Global Security and Supply.
