FCC Seeks Comments on Modernizing Significantly Viewed Stations Methodology

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is requesting public comment on updating its rules to determine if a television station is significantly viewed in a community outside its local market, allowing it to be distributed through cable and satellite providers.
