U.S. to Transfer Uranium to URENCO for Civilian Nuclear Power Programs
The U.S. Department of the Atomic Energy has issued a notice under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, to propose the retransfer of 514,705.9 kg of U.S.-origin natural uranium hexafluoride to URENCO in the Netherlands for enrichment and use in civilian nuclear power programs in the U.S. and France.
