FCC to Review Foreign Ownership Applications with Executive Order 13913

The International Bureau is seeking public comment on the addition of Executive Order 13913 to the Executive Branch Review Process Proceeding, IB Docket 16-155, in an effort to refresh the record on foreign ownership applications and petitions.
