FCC Announces Approval of 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved new rules for the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz band, requiring eligible space station operators to comply with the transition plan and lump sum payment election rules. The FCC will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing a compliance date for the new rule sections.
