FCC Adopts Final Rules to Enhance Penalties for Robocall Abuse

The Federal Communications Commission has finalized rules to increase penalties for robocall violators and extend the time for enforcement, as mandated by the TRACED Act, which was enacted in response to the growing problem of unwanted robocalls.
