FCC Announces Approval of Rule Amendments for Modernized Notice Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to make non-substantive changes to notice requirements for cable operators and DBS providers, as part of its Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative.
