Second Amendment to Collocation Agreement

The FCC, ACHP, and NCSHPO have executed the Second Amendment to the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for the Collocation of Wireless Antennas, allowing for the collocation of wireless facilities on existing towers to comply with the National Historic Preservation Act. This amendment was signed on July 10, 2020.
