FCC Corrects Ex Parte Rules and Seeks Comments on Updates

The Federal Communications Commission is correcting a date and launching a new proceeding to consider updates to its ex parte rules, including proposals to exempt government-to-government consultations and extend exemptions to program administrators, as well as requiring written ex parte presentations to be submitted before the Sunshine period begins.
