FCC Proposes Exemptions Under TRACED Act for Telephone Calls

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on proposed measures to implement the TRACED Act, which aims to regulate exemptions for telephone calls made to residential lines and wireless numbers, and to allow consumers to opt out of such calls.
