FCC Makes ICS Database Available for Review

The Federal Communications Commission has made the inmate calling services database available for public review, following the release of its Fourth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in August 2020, as part of its Rates for Interstate Inmate Calling Services proceeding.
