FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Study of ENDS Product Flavors and Consumer Inferences

The Food and Drug Administration is requesting public input on its proposed study of how consumers use flavors to make judgments about Electronic Nicotine Delivery System product qualities and intentions to use, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
