HHS Postpones Effective Date of SUNSET Final Rule Amid Judicial Review

The Department of Health and Human Services is delaying the implementation of a final rule aimed at updating statutory evaluations, pending a judicial review, and also correcting errors in the rule, which was published in the Federal Register on January 19, 2021.
