FDA Announces Fee Rates for Over-the-Counter Monograph Drug User Fee Program for Fiscal Year 2021

The Food and Drug Administration is publishing fee rates for the Over-the-Counter Monograph Drug user fee program for fiscal year 2021, following new provisions added to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act in March 2020.
