FDA Clears CUTIVATE Ointment for Continued Sale

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ruled that CUTIVATE (fluticasone propionate) ointment, 0.005 percent, was not withdrawn from sale due to safety or effectiveness concerns, allowing it to remain on the market and continue to be approved for new drug applications (ANDAs) that meet regulatory requirements.
