HHS and FDA Finalize Pre-Market Notification Requirement for Certain Class I Surgeon's and Patient Examination Gloves

The Department of Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration have determined that seven types of class I surgeon's gloves and patient examination gloves require a premarket notification, reversing their previous decision.
