FDA Announces Prescription Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2022
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the rates for prescription drug user fees for fiscal year 2022, as mandated by the Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017, which amended the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
