FDA Withdraws Temporary Guidance Documents for Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitizer Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing three temporary guidance documents related to alcohol-based hand sanitizer products issued during the COVID-19 public health emergency. The FDA no longer needs these policies due to current data showing that consumers and healthcare personnel can easily access alcohol-based hand sanitizer products.
